The Formation of the Quantum Entanglement in DNA–mRNA System / S.E.Shirmovsky, A.V.Chizhov. – Text : electronic // Biosystems. – 2026. – Vol. 266. – P. 105856. – URL: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.biosystems.2026.105856. – Bibliogr.: p. 105856-(13-14).
The work investigates the processes of quantum entanglement formation between DNA and mRNA chains during transcription. The hole transfer processes in DNA–mRNA system on the short nitrogenous bases chains were studied. The entanglement processes among the TP53–mRNA complementary chains were explored. The research was conducted on the basis of the classical–quantum approach, which makes it possible to describe the irreversible quantum processes in biosystems. It was found that the formation of the quantum entanglement in DNA–mRNA system is based on two different processes that are directly related to the specifics of its interaction with the external environment. In the first case, the entanglement migrates from the DNA subsystem to the mRNA, localized on the latter. In the second one the entanglement does not migrate to the mRNA molecule, but binds the two DNA and mRNA subsystems together into a single entangled composition. The entanglement time formation equal to 10&sup(−12) 𝑠 − 10&sup(−11) 𝑠 has been defined. The article shows that in both cases entanglement forms a quantum communication channel between DNA and mRNA subsystems where information can be transmitted without any chemical processes.
