It is shown that cosmological problems found both in the modern, 𝑧 = 0, and in the early Universe, 𝑧 ∼ 10, are successfully solved if the cosmic structures are seeded by supermassive primordial black holes. The necessity of inflation for the creation of such black holes is discussed. The validity of the model is supported by the agreement of the predicted mass spectrum of primordial black holes with observations, as well as by the observations of a significant amount of antimatter: positrons, antinuclei, and antistars in our Galaxy – (Proceedings of Science ; Vol. 482) .
