The article presents the results of an investigate of solid solutions of the composition xmol% MnSe-(100−x)mol% CuInSe 2 obtained by alloying a triple system of CuInSe 2 compounds with manganese selenide and ferrous selenide in various concentrations (x = 3, 5, 7, 10). The structural features and electrical properties are investigated depending on the concentration of the alloying additive, the values of relative atmospheric humidity and the presence of an illumination factor. Using the methods of X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and voltammetry, it is shown that two channels of electrical conductivity are possible in the investigated samples: ionic and electronic. The ion channel is formed during the chemical adsorption of moisture. The nature of the electronic channel is related to photoelectronic conversion. The results of investigated of structural features by the XRD method show the presence of texture and a high degree of defect in materials based on the CuInSe 2 system doped with ferrous selenide and a high degree of ordering of CIS doped with manganese selenide. The dependence of the electrical properties of the investigated samples on structural features is shown by voltammetry methods. Monocrystalline samples demonstrate the additive contribution of the influence of two external factors, humidity and electromagnetic radiation in the optical range, on electrical conductivity, and the linear dependence of current on voltage is shown. It is shown that the current-voltage characteristics of polycrystalline samples exhibit nonlinear properties in the form of discontinuous nonmonotonities at humidity values *n > 35% and demonstrate competitive dynamics of electrical conductivity under the influence of humidity and lighting
