Collaborative work on documents is an integral part of scientific research. For this purpose, DocDB is used at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. However, the system’s usage has revealed that it has various drawbacks. Therefore, we have embarked on the development of our document database platform, named SciDocCloud. This paper covers the project overview and its current state.
